Light The Way and Carry the Flame of Hope!
Annually, dedicated and compassionate law enforcement members carry the “Flame of Hope,” symbolizing courage and the celebration of diversity, uniting communities across North Carolina! Spectators are invited to cheer on the Final Leg.
Relays
The Flame of Hope will travel across the state from six different points throughout May, as part of the largest awareness campaign for the Law Enforcement Torch Run supporting Special Olympics North Carolina athletes.

Final Leg and Circle of Honor
The relays will culminate on Friday, June 4, for the Circle of Honor and lighting of the cauldron at the 2027 Special Olympics NC Summer Games Opening Ceremony in Raleigh. More details to come!
