Special Olympics NC works with each corporation to create a customized partnership that may include marketing opportunities, employee engagement and recognition at corporate special events and sports competitions. Recognition of all contributions and marketing dollars is commensurate with the level of support and tailored to that corporation or organization.

State-level Fundraising Events
Special event fundraisers allow Special Olympics North Carolina to generate a great deal of public awareness and funding for our mission. These fundraisers include traditional events such as walks/runs and golf tournaments, and also some very innovative fundraisers, such as a Plane Pull, Polar Plunges and Over the Edge — just to name a few. Workplace Giving

Face-to-Face Fundraising
Have you seen Special Olympics Fundraisers in your neighborhood? Face-to-Face fundraising, or canvassing, is a form of personal fundraising that allows our donors to hear about the life-changing work that Special Olympics does every day to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Sponsor an Athlete
The average cost to provide Special Olympics programs to one athlete for one year is $200. Members of the Sponsor An Athlete program provide sport and event equipment, athletic uniforms, travel expenses, and training expenses – the ski slopes, bowling lanes, tennis courts, swimming pools and soccer fields on which dreams come true every day.
Recommend a Gift Today
Your financial advisor or fund manager can help you get started recommending a grant to Special Olympics North Carolina. Please be sure to request that your name and address be included with your gift so we can ensure your gift will be distributed as you wish.
Leave a Gift Later
