There will not be an improved performance form for this meet. If there is an error in the divisions and/or heats above, please let the sports department know at sports@sonc.net.
Competition Notes
- In the interest of time and our unique facility constraints, we have maximized the use of the pool. This means the majority of the divisions will be heated with other divisions and we will make every attempt to separate divisions with a lane.
- Please note that we will offer one relay for the 2023 competition.
Competition Rules
- We are proud to announce that this meet is sanctioned by USA Swimming, the National Governing Body in the United States.
- Official USA Swimming stroke/turn judges and referees will officiate at this meet.
- All competitions will take place in a deep pool.
- All events will run according to the SONC sport rules and modifications, SOI Sport Rules for Swimming and USA Swimming. Links are found on the SONC swimming webpage.
Awards
Awards will be presented as each division finishes. Awards presentations will take place in the new courtyard between the main facility and the training pool. If an athlete needs to be staged for his/her next event, that takes precedence over awards. In this scenario, please have him/her re-staged for the next event. Please remember to pick up your athletes at the awards area. Athletes will be staged for awards outside in the courtyard area. There will be tents to provide shade while athletes are in staging. Please listen to announcements to make sure your athletes are on time.
