You can host your WOD for Inclusion on a day that works best for your gym!
WOD FOR INCLUSION: AT HOME
Participants that are not able to join the WOD for Inclusion at a local gym can register to receive the recorded Workout of the Day video and description to accomplish on your own time.
Gym participation
If you own a gym, make sure your facility gets the chance to compete against other gyms to raise the most money. Gyms that raise $1,000 or more will receive a WOD for Inclusion participation banner to display in your gym!
But don’t stop there! If you compete to raise the most funds, a championship banner could be in your future.
