It’s Time to Take the Plunge!

Local Program Horizontal Logo

The Polar Plunge for Special Olympics North Carolina is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support Special Olympics North Carolina athletes by jumping into our frigid winter bodies of water across the state.  Beginning in January, there are many opportunities to take the plunge. Plungers must raise a minimum of funds and by raising additional funds, you may earn extra incentives along the way!   Each plunge event is different and has an exciting atmosphere that you can become involved in.   Check out the events planned for this season by registering below.
