Five-person teams compete to determine who can pull a 30,000-pound regional jet the fastest at the 2014 Special Olympics NC Plane Pull®! This unique event is presented by Credit Suisse, Delta, ResCareHMS Host, RDU International Airport, UPS, and Food Lion to benefit the NC Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics North Carolina.

Why should my company/group participate?

The Plane Pull® helps to provide 38,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to receive sports training and competition in 19 Olympic-type sports.   The Plane Pull® is also a unique team building activity for groups.  It requires participants to come together as a team to achieve a very daunting task — pull an 30,000 lb. airplane 25 feet!

Contact Dot Kohlbach at 919 719-7662 x 119 with any questions about the event.
