Becoming a Special Olympics coach is one of the most rewarding
decisions you will ever make. Special Olympics coaches serve as
leaders, instructors and motivators to athletes on the playing field
but are friends and mentors off the field as well, giving Special
Olympics athletes a greater awareness of their own worth, ability
and courage.
The Special Olympics North Carolina Coaches Clipboard is a
newsletter to keep Special Olympics coaches in the state informed
about Special Olympics coaches training sessions, clinics, sports
rules and coaching tips, just to name a few.
If you would like to receive this newsletter, please send an email to Beth Brooker, SONC Coaches Education Sports Director at bbrooker@sonc.net.
