Volunteer Opportunities

Special Olympics North Carolina is offering health screenings to our athletes throughout the state at MedFest.  We are currently looking for medical professionals who are willing to travel to Warrenton on February 2, 2018 to help complete these screenings.  EMTs, athletic trainers, nurses, doctors and supervised medical students are all encouraged to attend.  Please complete this form to confirm your interest.  If you would like to serve in another county please email volunteers@sonc.net and let us know where you would prefer to volunteer.

Special Olympics North Carolina needs help throughout the year in our office and warehouse.  We handle data entry for newly registered athletes and volunteers.  We maintain a large warehouse with almost everything that you need for a sports event and use various items throughout the year so we need volunteers to keep it all in order.  Please signup online or email volunteers@sonc.net with questions.  We welcome groups of 4 or 5 to join us as well.

Each local program has a local committee that assists the Local Program Coordinator in all of their program needs. Click here to see what opportunities are available or visit your local program's page.
