Volunteer Opportunities

Special Olympics North Carolina is holding the 2018 Summer Games June 1-3 in Raleigh, Cary and Holly Springs. We are currently looking for a variety of volunteers for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please sign up online here. If you would like to serve in another capacity please email volunteers@sonc.net and let us know where you would prefer to volunteer.

Special Olympics North Carolina needs help throughout the year in our office and warehouse.  We handle data entry for newly registered athletes and volunteers.  We maintain a large warehouse with almost everything that you need for a sports event and use various items throughout the year so we need volunteers to keep it all in order.  Please signup online or email volunteers@sonc.net with questions.  We welcome groups of 4 or 5 to join us as well.

Each local program has a local committee that assists the Local Program Coordinator in all of their program needs. Click here to see what opportunities are available or visit your local program's page.

For information on coaching, volunteering at events, or getting involved with your local program, please fill out the Volunteer Interest Form! Volunteers will be added to our email database for information on future volunteer opportunities.
