Summer Games Athletics Competition Returns to Ravenscroft
The athletics competition for Summer Games definitely requires a quality track but there is more needed for this event. Adjacent field space for softball throw competition, awards presentations and lunch distribution are also a must. As a result, Ravenscroft School is one of the few facilities that can provide everything. The school has been a great host for the Summer Games in years past before their high school graduation fell on the same weekend. Now, thanks to some fantastic volunteers who are willing to work a Moonlight Madness volunteer shift Friday night starting at 10pm when Ravenscroft graduation events finish, SONC will hold athletics there once again this year. Summer Games will take place in Raleigh and Cary June 1-3. Learn how to volunteer at the Games or read more about the event.
